Starting to think.....

For the past few months now I have been trying to find a healthier way of life. I have looked into gym programs, at home programs, and many others. My issues are: what will work with my way of life? I don't want to pay a ridiculous fee or sign a contract to a gym. I don't have much time with four kids to fit any workouts in unless it's early in the morning. I need a healthy diet plan to go with it, since I don't have much time to research I need a nutrition plan that is already laid out for me, and that is logical. I need to see results within two weeks or it's not going to work. (That's my own school of thought.)...... I am leaning towards Insanity.

I will start after the Fourth of July since we will be traveling then. I also need this to be mobile, I travel a lot in the summer time. I am having a hard time paying for the program and the Shakeology drink supplements that go with it. I for sure will have to find an alternative to the Shakeology- even if people sware by it. I find that a good whey protein powder with a daily multivitamin will be fine, as well as top quality fish oil pills and some flax seed for the good fats that are vital to weight loss and muscle recovery.

I also needed some support and a blog to keep me on my toes. So here it goes. I can't promise these posts will be full of witty banter, as some blogs, but I will promise to be honest and keep it real. I don't even have time to post this at the moment. I am sure the grammar police people of the internet world (you know who you are) will have a field day with this post and most posts following. I don't really put much time into impressing the world with my inadequate punctuation and spelling so no haters please! I just need a place to go and be me. This is my season and this is how I roll!

I read that it's not good to post pictures but I will post my stats and daily workouts as well as plan my recipes here. I hope my family doesn't hate me too much for subjecting them to another diet. I took nutrition a few years ago and changed a good amount of the food we ate. I thought for the better, they thought for the worst.
